Analisis biplot dan procrustes untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemangkasan (ratoon) pada berbagai tanaman sorgum (sorghum bicolor I)

Abstract

In the means of food stuff diversity, the sorghum can be used for the alternative of carbohydrate resource. As a food resource, this sorghum has many advantages, for example high productivity, dry resistance in accordance with another second crops. It's capability to grow in an appropriate land, the available seed to usc for many purpose. And its resistant for long time preserve. Another advantages is sorgum can be cutted off (ratooned) for 2-3 time in equal productivity with it's main plant. To get visual appearance of sorgum characteristic principally in dry seed weight variable which indicate the level of productivity on the main plant and ratoon biplot analysis were use. Meanwhile to compare the characteristic of similarity level we use procrustes analysis. Before analysis, elintinate tile six variety that perish after tile cutting off (ratoon), so only 94 of 100 variety that being used.
