AISYAH EKA PUTRI AFIFUDDIN. Pencegahan Infeksi Fungi Pada Telur Ikan
yaitu Kontrol (tanpa pemberian bahan), A (pemberian methylene blue 0,46 mL/L),
dan B (pemberian ekstrak ketapang 0,46 mL/L). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa
pemberian ekstrak daun ketapang perlakuan B, menghasilkan nilai tertinggi pada
derajat pembuahan 91%, derajat penetasan 96%, dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup
79% dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya. Namun demikian, secara statistik
semua perlakuan tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05).

Prevention of Fungal Infection in Manfish Eggs Using Methylene Blue and Ketapang Leaf Extract. Supervised by DIAN EKA RAMADHANI and MUHAMMAD ARIF MULYA. The manfish is one of the highly sought-after ornamental fish in Indonesia; however, a problem with fungal infections in manfish eggs has been identified. This applied research aims to identify the most effective materials for controlling fungal infections in manfish eggs. The study employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) comprising three treatments and three replications: Control (without treatment), A (methylene blue at 0.46 mL/L), and B (ketapang leaf extract at 0.46 mL/L). The test material in this study was manfish eggs. Based on the research results, the application of ketapang leaf extract yielded the highest values for fertilization rate (91%), hatching rate (96%), and survival rate (79%), compared to the other treatments. However, statistically, no significant differences were observed among all treatments (P > 0.05). Keywords: ketapang leaf extract, methylene blue, fungal, manfish |
