Ram are small ruminants that have high potential in fulfilling animal protein needs in Indonesia. However, environmental factors such as rainfall can cause physiological stress that ultimately affects the animal health and reproduction. The study aims to analyze the correlation between rainfall and the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (N/L) as a parameter of stress index and semen quality in rams. The study was conducted on four rams from December 2024 to April 2025. The parameters observed included rainfall (CH), N/L ratio, and semen quality parameters such as semen volume, progressive motility (%M), sperm concentration, sperm viability (%V), and sperm abnormality (%Abn). Data on the N/L ratio and semen quality were collected in nine replicates. All parameters were analyzed descriptively, and then subjected to correlation and regression tests. The results showed that CH during the study period was within the rainy season, leukocyte differentiation profiles were normal, and semen quality was good. The analysis results indicated that CH had a strong negative correlation but no significant effect (p>0.05) on the N/L ratio and %V; a very strong correlation and significant effect on semen volume and concentration; a very strong negative correlation and significant effect on %M; and a weak correlation and no significant effect on %Abn. It is concluded that during the rainy season, rainfall does not significantly affect stress levels, but affects the quality of ram semen.
