dc.description.abstractLaboratorium pengujian berperan penting menjamin mutu dan keamanan pangan sehingga diperlukan penjaminan kompetensi & validitas hasil uji melalui penerapan ISO 17025:2017 menggunakan analisis kesenjangan sebagai salah satu upaya mempersiapkan akreditasi. Identifikasi regulasi; analisis kesenjangan kondisi dan kemampuan laboratorium; serta pengajuan rekomendasi terkait untuk melengkapi kesenjangan yang ditemukan, didasarkan sebagai tujuan utama dalam penelitian. Analisis Kesenjangan digunakan sebagai metode utama dalam penilaian kesesuaian terhadap seluruh klausul dan sub-klausul ISO 17025:2017 melalui observasi, wawancara, dan peninjauan dokumen, dilengkapi studi literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian berbeda di setiap klausulnya diurutkan dari terendah ke tertinggi, klausul struktural (12%), sumber daya (20%), proses (27%), umum (50%), sistem dan manajemen (78%), serta total kesesuaian yang telah diterapkan (63%). Tindak lanjut berupa pembenahan dokumentasi secara manajerial dan teknis serta perubahan dan penyesuaian terhadap dokumen yang belum sesuai dengan ISO 17025:2017. Implementasi tindak lanjut yang telah dilampirkan diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses akreditasi laboratorium dan menjadi acuan bagi industri sejenis dalam memenuhi persyaratan ISO 17025:2017.
dc.description.abstractTesting laboratories play a crucial role in ensuring food quality and safety; therefore, it is necessary to guarantee the competence and validity of test results through the implementation of ISO 17025:2017, with gap analysis as one of the efforts to prepare for accreditation. Identification of regulations, analysis of gaps in laboratory conditions and capabilities, and submission of related recommendations to fill the gaps found are based on the main objectives of the research. Gap Analysis is used as the primary method in assessing conformity to all clauses of ISO 17025:2017 through observation, interviews, and document reviews, supplemented by literature studies. The results of the analysis show different levels of conformity in each clause, sorted from lowest to highest: structural clauses (12%), resource clauses (20%), process clauses (27%), general clauses (50%), system and management clauses (78%), and a total 62,86% of total clauses have been implemented. The follow-up involves improving documentation both managerially and technically, as well as revising and adjusting documents that are not yet aligned with ISO 17025:2017. The implementation of these corrective actions, as outlined, is expected to accelerate the laboratory’s accreditation process and serve as a reference for similar industries in meeting the requirements of ISO 17025:2017.
