| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak perbaikan atribut yang berpengaruh pada penjualan wortel pada Perusahaan Maya Wortel. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengalisis penerimaan penjualan wortel dan mengetahui seberapa pengaruh penerapan terhadap penerimaan. Data dikumpulkan dari 25 responden yang didapat dengan menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis CSI dan analisis IPA untuk mengukur kepuasan konsumen serta kepentingan dan kinerja atribut wortel. Atribut wortel meliputi harga, kualitas dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Perusahaan Maya Wortel. Selain itu menggunakan metode R/C ratio dan Uji T yang dihitung dalam periode 4 bulan tahun sebelum dan sesudah penerapan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan perusahaan dalam memperbaiki kualitas wortel dan manajemn pemasarannya untuk memberikan nilai ekonomi yang optimal. This study aims to determine the impact of improved attributes on carrot sales at Maya Wortel Company. In addition, it analyzes carrot sales revenue and examines the extent to which these improvements affect revenue. Data were collected from 25 respondents using a purposive sampling approach The methods used in this study are Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to measure consumer satisfaction as well as the importance and performance of carrot attributes. These attributes include price, quality, and service provided by Maya Wortel Company. Furthermore, the study utilizes the R/C ratio method and paired t-test, calculated over a four-month period before and after the implementation. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for the company in improving carrot quality and marketing management to provide optimal economic value. |
