Abstract: Bertani Agro Farm adalah perusahaan pertanian hidroponik dengan produk utama selada keriting hijau. Bertani Agro Farm menghadapi berbagai masalah pada aspek pemasaran, produksi, sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa semua risiko untuk penerapan manajemen risiko. Metode yang digunakan adalah diagram tulang ikan, house of risk, diagram Pareto, dan analisa R/C ratio. Aspek yang diteliti adalah aspek pemasaran, produksi, sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan. Jumlah nilai ARP pada aspek pemasaran sebesar 695,7, aspek produksi sebesar 5342,9, aspek sumber daya manusia sebesar 959,8, dan aspek keuangan sebesar 642,5. Jumlah nilai ETD aspek pemasaran sebesar 516, aspek produksi sebesar 24,843, aspek sumber daya manusia sebesar 945,4, dan aspek keuangan sebesar 404,4. Diagram Pareto menunjukkan penyebab risiko dan strategi mitigasi risiko yang paling prioritas. R/C ratio meningkat sebesar 0,5 dari 1,54 menjadi 2,04. Bertani Agro Farm disarankan untuk melaksanakan strategi mitigasi risiko dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang telah dibuat dengan mengimplementasikan ISO 31000:2018.
Bertani Agro Farm is a hydroponic farming company with the main product being green curly lettuce. Bertani Agro Farm farming faces various problems in the aspects of marketing, production, human resources and finance. This research aims to analyze all risks for the implementation of risk management. The methods used are fishbone diagrams, house of risk, Pareto diagrams, and R/C ratio analysis. The aspects studied are marketing, production, human resources and financial aspects. The total ARP value for the marketing aspect was 695.7, the production aspect was 5342.9, the human resources aspect was 959.8, and the financial aspect was 642.5. The total ETD value for marketing aspects is 516, production aspects are 24.843, human resources aspects are 945.4, and financial aspects are 404.4. The Pareto diagram shows the causes of risk and the most priority risk mitigation strategies. R/C ratio increased by 0.5 from 1.54 to 2.04. Bertani Agro Farm farming is advised to implement risk mitigation strategies and Standard Operating Procedures which have been created by implementing ISO 31000:2018.
