dc.description.abstractPendidikan tinggi berperan penting dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang kompeten untuk mendukung Indonesia Emas 2045 melalui kewirausahaan. Namun, rendahnya partisipasi lulusan perguruan tinggi dalam kewirausahaan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara kompetensi akademik dan kebutuhan praktis usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan tracer study untuk mengidentifikasi capaian pembelajaran, manfaat aktivitas pembelajaran, kebutuhan kompetensi berwirausaha, serta persepsi alumni terhadap Departemen Manajemen IPB. Data primer diperoleh dari 37 alumni wirausaha lulusan 2020–2024 melalui purposive dan snowball sampling, dan data sekunder dari literature lain. Analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Net Promoter Score (NPS). Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas alumni memulai usaha sebelum lulus, memiliki IPK tinggi, dan studi tepat waktu, serta menilai capaian pembelajaran dan aktivitas pembelajaran bermanfaat. Kompetensi teknologi informasi menjadi prioritas perbaikan, sedangkan nilai NPS sebesar 18,9% mencerminkan rekomendasi positif namun masih perlu ditingkatkan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kurikulum dan program kewirausahaan berbasis praktik serta berkelanjutan.
dc.description.abstractHigher education is crucial in preparing graduates to support Indonesia’s 2045 vision through entrepreneurship. Yet few graduates pursue this path, revealing a gap between academic and practical skills. This study applies a tracer study to assess learning outcomes, benefits of learning activities, competency needs, and alumni perceptions of the Department of Management, IPB University. Primary data came from 37 entrepreneurial alumni graduating in 2020–2024 using purposive and snowball sampling, supported by secondary literature. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Importance Performance Analysis, and Net Promoter Score Analysis. Results show most alumni began businesses before graduation, earned high GPAs, and finished studies on time. Alumni reported good mastery of learning outcomes and valued learning activities. Information technology skills were the main area for improvement. An Net Promoter Score of 18.9% shows positive recommendations but underscores the need for curriculum strengthening and sustainable, practice-based entrepreneurship programs.
