Abstract: Pariwisata berkontribusi pada emisi gas rumah kaca sehingga penerapan low carbon tourism menjadi penting untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis aktivitas wisata di Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk (TWA Angke Kapuk) dalam mendukung prinsip low-carbon tourism, mengetahui persepsi dan willingness to pay (WTP) pengunjung, serta menentukan prioritas pengelolaan untuk optimalisasi penerapan wisata rendah karbon. Metode yang digunakan meliputi deskriptif kualitatif, Skala Likert, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TWA Angke Kapuk telah menerapkan aktivitas wisata rendah karbon seperti penanaman mangrove, paddling ramah lingkungan, dan edukasi lingkungan yang efektif mendukung pengurangan emisi. Pengunjung memiliki persepsi baik terhadap konsep ini dan bersedia membayar lebih untuk mendukung pengelolaan kawasan. Analisis AHP menunjukkan aspek ekologi menjadi prioritas utama dalam pengelolaan kawasan, diikuti aspek ekonomi dan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pengelola dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan ekowisata mangrove dan mendukung mitigasi perubahan iklim pada kawasan wisata urban.
Tourism contributes to greenhouse gas emissions, making low-carbon tourism essential for sustainable development. This study aims to identify and analyze tourism activities at Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk (TWA Angke Kapuk) that support low-carbon tourism principles, assess visitor perceptions and willingness to pay (WTP), and determine management priorities to optimize lowcarbon tourism implementation. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, Likert Scale, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that TWA Angke Kapuk has implemented lowcarbon tourism activities such as mangrove planting, eco-friendly paddling, and environmental education, effectively supporting emission reduction while enhancing visitor experiences. Visitors have a positive perception of low-carbon tourism and are willing to pay more to support sustainable area management. AHP analysis indicates that ecological aspects are the main management priority, followed by economic and infrastructure aspects. This study provides practical recommendations for managers to improve mangrove ecotourism sustainability and support climate change mitigation in urban tourism areas.
