Abstract: PT Villa Tani Indonesia merupakan produsen pupuk ramah lingkungan bagi petani dari limbah budidaya tanaman buah dan sayuran. Rendahnya volume penjualan akibat kurangnya kesadaran petani terhadap manfaat pupuk organik, persaingan dengan pupuk kimia, dan jangkauan pemasaran yang terbatas menjadi permasalahan bagi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis penjualan pupuk kompos media tanam dengan SWOT, Business Model Canvas dan kelayakan usaha secara finansial dan nonfinansial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Cibeber Kota Cilegon pada bulan Juli hingga Maret 2024. Analisis yang digunakan terdiri dari Business Model Canvas dan kelayakan usaha. Hasil analisis kelayakan usaha menunjukkan kenaikan penerimaan sebesar 59,74% dan analisis R/C ratio setelah pengembangan sebesar 1,3. Implementasi hasil analisis BMC dan analisis kelayakan usaha terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha pupuk organik
PT Villa Tani Indonesia is an eco-friendly fertilizer producer utilizing waste from fruit and vegetable cultivation. The company's main challenges include low sales volume due to farmers' lack of awareness of the benefits of organic fertilizer, competition with chemical fertilizers, and limited marketing reach. The objective of this research is to analyze the sales of compost fertilizer as a planting medium using the Business Model Canvas and to assess the feasibility of the business from both financial and non-financial perspectives. The research was conducted in Cibeber Subdistrict, Cilegon City, from July 2023 to March 2024. The analytical methods used include SWOT, the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and business feasibility analysis. The results show a 59.74% increase in revenue and an R/C ratio of 1.3 after strategy development. The implementation of the BMC analysis and business feasibility analysis has proven to be effective in increasing sales, expanding market reach, and supporting the sustainability of the organic fertilizer business
