The existence of the IPB Dramaga Campus changes land use at the surroundings through studentification, namely concentrated students close to university which drives agricultural land conversion into residential areas and student support facilities. This study aims to analyze agricultural land distribution, agricultural intensity, land rent, and the pressure of studentification on agricultural sustainability. Land cover analyzed by using Landsat imagery in 2001 and 2023, while the agricultural intensity index (VAI) is estimated for 124 villages. Land rent are calculated based on distance zones and Klassen typology. There has been a decrease in agricultural land area from 31,92 ha (2001) to 28,65 ha (2023). Agricultural intensity varies with distance from campus. The highest land rent is found in Ring 2 (Rp9,819/ha/year) and decreases with increasing distance from the campus. Villages are spread across all four quadrants of the Klassen typology, reflecting the diversity of regional conditions and potential. These findings indicate that studentification contributes to the decline in agricultural activity and the farmer's economy, necessitating policies that support agricultural sustainability around the campus area.-
