Abstract: Ikan nila merupakan komoditas penting perikanan budidaya, namun pertumbuhannya yang lambat dan biaya pakan yang tinggi menjadi kendala utama. Tujuan penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan enzim komersial dan spirulina pada pakan terhadap kinerja pertumbuhan benih ikan nila. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Rancang Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pemberian perlakuan berupa kontrol (K) pakan pelet 100%, pelet coating dengan enzim dosis 3,75% (AE) dan pelet coating dengan tepung spirulina dosis 3% (S). Pemeliharaan menggunakan kolam beton berukuran 1 m × 2 m dengan benih yang ditebar sebanyak 150 ekor/m2 dan dipelihara selama 58 hari. Hasil penelitian kinerja pertumbuhan pada penelitian yang dilakukan selama 58 hari pemeliharaan didapatkan nilai Laju Pertumbuhan Spesifik (LPS) tertinggi pada perlakuan enzim (AE) sebesar 3,92±0,10%/hari. Nilai sintasan ikan nila selama pemeliharaan didapatkan nilai tertinggi pada perlakuan spirulina (S) yaitu sebesar 95,97±2,52%. Penggunaan enzim dalam pakan dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja pertumbuhan.
Nile tilapia is an important aquaculture commodity, yet its slow growth and high feed costs pose significant challenges. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of adding commercial enzymes and spirulina to feed on the growth performance of Nile tilapia juveniles. The study was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with treatments including: control (K) with 100% pellet feed, pellets coated with 3.75% enzyme (AE), and pellets coated with 3% spirulina powder (S). The fish were reared in 1 m × 2 m concrete ponds at a stocking density of 150 fish/m² for 58 days. The research found that specific growth rate (SGR) was highest in the enzyme treatment (AE) at 3,92±0,10%/hari. Survival rate during the rearing period was highest in the spirulina treatment (S) at 95,97±2,52%. The use of enzymes in feed significantly influenced growth performance.
