dc.description.abstractAnak usia sekolah merupakan kelompok rentan terhadap masalah gizi, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan edukatif yang efektif. Salah satu inovasi yang dikembangkan adalah Nutrisaga, yaitu permainan papan edukasi yang dirancang untuk mengenalkan konsep empat pilar gizi seimbang melalui tantangan dan simulasi interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media edukasi gizi Nutrisaga terhadap pengetahuan, praktik makan, dan aktivitas fisik siswa sekolah dasar. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest dan dilaksanakan pada Mei–Juli 2025 di SDN Bedahan 02, Kabupaten Bogor, melibatkan 34 siswa kelas V. Karakteristik subjek menunjukkan mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan (55,9%), berusia 11 tahun (67,6%), dan memiliki status gizi baik (67,6%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan gizi yang signifikan setelah intervensi (p<0,05), namun tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada praktik makan dan aktivitas fisik (p>0,05). Pendidikan gizi menggunakan permainan ini baru dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi, tetapi belum mampu mengubah praktik makan dan aktivitas fisik subjek. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu lebih panjang dengan melibatkan keluarga dan sekolah secara aktif, mempertimbangkan penjadwalan yang tepat, serta menggunakan kelompok kontrol atau media edukasi pembanding untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih komprehensif.-
dc.description.abstractSchool-age children are a vulnerable group to nutritional problems, thus requiring effective educational approaches. Nutrisaga, a nutrition education board game, was developed as an innovative medium that combines elements of play and learning to improve children’s understanding of balanced nutrition. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Nutrisaga on knowledge, eating practices, and physical activity among elementary school students. A pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was applied, conducted from May to July 2025 at SDN Bedahan 02, Bogor Regency, involving 34 fifth-grade students. The characteristics of participants showed that most were female (55.9%), aged 11 years (67.6%), and had normal nutritional status (67.6%). Results revealed a significant improvement in nutrition knowledge after the intervention (p<0.05); however, no significant differences were observed in eating practices and physical activity (p>0.05). This indicates that Nutrisaga effectively enhances knowledge but has not yet succeeded in altering behavior. Longer-term interventions are recommended to enable more substantial changes in nutrition practices. Future studies should also involve active participation of families and schools, considering their crucial role in creating a supportive environment for sustainable healthy habits. Furthermore, intervention scheduling should avoid overlapping with school holidays, and the development of alternative educational media or the use of control groups is suggested for more comprehensive findings.-
