The purpose of the research conducted was to describe the situation of tourism institutions and formulate a tourism village development strategy on bamboo commodities based on an analysis of internal and external factors through a mentoring process for Pokdarwis. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method approach and SWOT analysis to formulate development strategies for a tourism village, employing IFE, EFE, IE, and QSPM analytical methods. The results of the research show that the tourism development program is a top down program from outside parties, but with mentoring activities Pokdarwis is able to understand techniques for cultivating bamboo and managing tourism as evidenced by the innovation of bamboo product development as a means of attracting tourists and increasing group income.
