| Abstract: | Mahasiswa sering kali menghadapi tantangan psikologis yang kompleks sehingga menjadikan kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa sebagai isu penting untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres akademik, perilaku sedentari, dan motivasi akademik terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksplanatori dan melibatkan 103 mahasiswa pada salah satu universitas di Bogor yang dipilih dengan teknik quota sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan secara self-administered dengan alat bantu kuesioner melalui google forms dan diolah menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif signifikan stres akademik serta pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi akademik terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Sementara itu, perilaku sedentari tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Hasil ini menyoroti perlunya strategi untuk mengurangi stres akademik dan meningkatkan motivasi akademik guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa mengingat peran krusialnya dalam mendukung prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Students often experience complex psychological challenges, making their psychological well-being an important subject of research. This study aims to examine the influence of academic stress, sedentary behavior, and academic motivation on students’ psychological well-being. Employing an explanatory research design, the study involved 103 university students in Bogor selected through quota sampling technique. Data were collected via self-administered questionnaires distributed through Google form and analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25.0. The finding revealed a significant negative effect of academic stress and a significant positive effect of academic motivation on psychological well-being. In contrast, sedentary behavior did not show a significant effect on psychological well-being. These results highlight the importance of implementing strategies to reduce academic stress and enhance academic motivation to promote students’ psychological well-being, given its crucial role in supporting students’ academic achievement. |
