| Abstract: | Penjadwalan latihan merupakan aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penyusunan kegiatan Paduan Suara Mahasiswa (PSM) IPB Agria Swara. Pelaksanaan penjadwalan yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual masih menghadapi berbagai kendala yang perlu diperhatikan, seperti jumlah tim, keterbatasan waktu anggota yang terikat dengan kegiatan akademik, serta keterbatasan hari, periode waktu, dan ketersediaan ruangan. Beberapa kendala perlu dipertimbangkan, seperti hari, periode waktu, dan alokasi ruangan yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan memodelkan penjadwalan latihan PSM IPB Agria Swara menggunakan integer linear programming dengan dua model skenario. Model Skenario 1 tanpa mempertimbangkan alokasi ruangan, sedangkan Model Skenario 2 mempertimbangkan ketersediaan serta kapasitas ruangan latihan. Hasil optimasi menghasilkan penjadwalan latihan yang lebih terstruktur dan lebih efisien. Practice scheduling is a crucial aspect that must be considered when organizing the activities of the IPB Agria Swara Student Choir. The current manual scheduling process still faces several challenges, including the number of teams, limited member availability due to academic commitments, and constraints related to days, periods, and room availability. Several factors need to be taken into account, including the available days, time slots, and room allocation. This study aims to model the practice scheduling of PSM IPB Agria Swara using integer linear programming with two scenario models. Scenario Model 1 does not consider room allocation, while Scenario Model 2 takes into account the availability and capacity of practice rooms. The optimization results produce a more structured and efficient practice schedule. |
