| Abstract: | Pengaruh pemberian probiotik EM4 terhadap kualitas air, pertumbuhan
laju pertumbuhan panjang harian 0,04±0,0006 cm hari-1, laju pertumbuhan panjang
spesifik 4,52±0,14% hari-1, dan laju pertumbuhan panjang mutlak 1,5±0,03 cm.
Nilai sintasan tertinggi juga diperoleh pada P8 sebesar 89,33±3,06%. Perlakuan ini
efektif menekan akumulasi amonia hingga 0,069±0,001 mg L-1 dan menjaga
kestabilan kesadahan air di bawah 130 mg L-1. Parameter suhu (25,3–28,5°C), TDS
(150–290 mg L-1), dan pH (7,6–8,8) tetap berada dalam kisaran layak untuk
pemeliharaan larva. Aplikasi EM4, terutama pada dosis P8, terbukti mendukung
pertumbuhan optimal dan sintasan tinggi melalui peningkatan kualitas lingkungan
akuarium.
Kata kunci: Corydoras panda, EM4, kualitas air, pertumbuhan, probiotik The effect of EM4 probiotic application on water quality, growth, and survival of Corydoras panda larvae was evaluated through four treatments: control (without probiotics), P4, P8, and P12, each with three replicates over a four-week period. The P8 treatment showed significantly superior results (p<0,05), with a daily length growth rate of 0,04?±?0,0006?cm day-1, a specific length growth rate of 4,52?±?0,14%n day-1, and an absolute length growth of 1,5?±?0,03?cm. The highest survival rate was also recorded in the P8 treatment at 89,33?±?3,06%. This treatment effectively suppressed ammonia accumulation to 0,069?±?0,001?mg L-1 and maintained water hardness stability below 130?mg L-1. Other parameters such as temperature (25,3–28,5 °C), TDS (150–290?mg L-1), and pH (7,6–8.8) remained within acceptable ranges for larval rearing. The application of EM4, particularly at the P8 dosage, was proven to support optimal growth and high survival rates by enhancing the environmental quality of the aquarium.
