dc.description.abstractPT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang mengembangkan berbagai alat rumah tangga, mulai kursi, lemari, dan perlengkapan lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dengan menggunakan analisis Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) hingga didapatkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) pada setiap komponen, dimana komponen dengan nilai RPN tertinggi merupakan komponen yang harus diprioritaskan untuk diselesaikan permasalahannya. Setelah melalui tahap FMEA, setiap komponen dianalisis dengan metode Logic Tree Analysis untuk medefinisikan dampak dari kegagalan masing-masing komponen. Serta dilakukan perhitungan Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) untuk acuan penjadwalan perbaikan untuk komponen yang dikategorikan sebagai komponen dengan maintenance task Time Directed (TD). Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan komponen mata pisau gergaji merupakan komponen dengan nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu sebesar 196. Output solusi yang diberikan adalah penerapan One Point Lesson dan Checlist maintenance sebagai upaya pencegahan, serta diusulkan untuk dilakukan penjadwalan maintenance setiap hari ke-25 pada komponen mata pisau gergaji.-
dc.description.abstractPT XYZ is a company that develops of household furniture, from chairs, cabinets, and other equipment. The research method used in this study is the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) analysis to obtain the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value for each component, where the component with the highest RPN value is the component that must be prioritized to solve the problem. After going through the FMEA stage, each component is analyzed using the Logic Tree Analysis method to define the impact of the failure of each component. The Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) calculation is also carried out as a reference for scheduling repairs for components categorized as components with Time Directed (TD) maintenance tasks. From the research results, it was found that the saw blade component is the component with the highest RPN value, which is 196. The output solution provided is the implementation of One Point Lesson and Checklist maintenance as a preventive measure, and it is proposed to schedule maintenance every 25th day on the saw blade component.-
