P0 = tanah latosol (kontrol), P1 = tanah latosol + pupuk kandang sapi 10 ton ha-1 (25 g polybag-1), P2 = tanah latosol + pupuk kandang sapi 20 ton ha-1 (50 g polybag-1), P3 = tanah latosol + pupuk kandang sapi 30 ton ha-1 (75 g polybag-1). This research aimed to evaluate the growth and production of Gynura procumbens under different doses of cattle manure. The research was conducted using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three fertilizer treatments and ten replications. P0 = latosol soil (control), P1 = latosol soil + 10 ton ha-1 cattle manure (25 g polybag-1), P2 = latosol soil + 20 ton ha-1 cattle manure (50 g polybag-1), P3 = latosol soil + 30 ton ha-1 cattle manure (75 g polybag-1). The observed variables included plant height, number of branches, number of leaves, stem diameter, shoot and leaf area, fresh and dry shoot weight, fresh and dry leaf weight, fresh and dry edible stems. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test as a 5% significance level. The results showed that the growth and production of Gynura procumbens increased with the addition of cattle manure doses. The best growth and production were obtained with the application of cattle manure at doses of 20-30 tons ha-1. |
