Abstract: Sertifikasi halal diwajibkan bagi seluruh pelaku usaha di Indonesia, termasuk nonmuslim, sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal.
Halal certification is mandatory for all business actors in Indonesia, including nonmuslims, as regulated in Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance. This obligation carries particular implications for nonmuslim business actors whose religious backgrounds differ from the principles of halal, thereby shaping diverse attitudes. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing nonMuslim business actors’ attitudes toward mandatory halal certification in Bogor City. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires and analyzed using logistic regression. Simultaneously, coercive, mimetic, normative isomorphism and halal knowledge have a significant influence. Partially, normative isomorphism and halal knowledge show a positive effect, coercive isomorphism shows a negative effect, while mimetic isomorphism shows a positive but insignificant effect.
