| dc.description.abstract | Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular yang menyerang paru-paru diakibatkan oleh infeksi bakteri yang menyebar melalui udara. Pengobatan TB yang tidak lengkap atau tidak teratur dapat menyebabkan meningkatnya resiko kematian, kekambuhan, dan resisten terhadap obat, sehingga dapat menjadi laten kembali. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji model penyebaran penyakit TB dengan merekonstruksi model, menentukan titik tetap, menganalisis kestabilan, serta menentukan bilangan reproduksi dasar. Kestabilan titik tetap ditentukan berdasarkan bilangan reproduksi dasar (R0). Jika R0 < 1, maka titik tetap bebas penyakit bersifat stabil asimtotik lokal dan global, dan akan bersifat tidak stabil jika R0 > 1. Kemudian dilakukan simulasi numerik dengan parameter yang telah dipilih dengan analisis sensitivitas terhadap R0. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penurunan laju kontak penyakit dan peningkatan laju pengobatan memiliki peran penting dalam pengendalian penyakit. Selain itu, peningkatan proporsi keefektifan obat juga berpengaruh dalam pengendalian penyakit. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that primarily affects the lungs and is caused by airborne bacterial infection. Incomplete or irregular TB treatment can increase the risk of death, relapse, and drug resistance, potentially causing the disease to become latent again. In this research, we will study a TB spread model by reconstructing the model, determining fixed point, analyzing stability, and calculating the basic reproduction number. The stability of the fixed point is determined based on the basic reproduction number R0. If R0 < 1, the disease- free equilibrium is locally and globally asymptotically stable, and will be unstable if R0 > 1. Numerical sumulations were conducted using estimated parameters, along with a sensitivity analysis of R0. The results indicate that reducing the disease contact rate and increase the treatment rate play a critical role in controlling TB. In addition, increase the drug efficacy proportion significantly impacts in controlling TB. | - |
