dc.description.abstractDINDA AZRAINI. Efektivitas Penambahan Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskula dan Umur Indukan Stek Berbeda terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Rumput Pakchong. Dibimbing oleh NUR ROCHMAH KUMALASARI dan IWAN PRIHANTORO. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas penambahan fungi mikoriza arbuskula (FMA) dengan dosis berbeda dan umur indukan stek yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi rumput pakchong di KPT Maju Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial 10 ulangan. Faktor A adalah perlakuan dosis FMA yang terdiri atas 3 taraf dosis, yaitu FM0 = 0 g polybag-1, FM1 = 10 g polybag-1, dan FM2 = 20 g polybag-1. Faktor B adalah perlakuan umur indukan stek yang berbeda, yaitu IS2 = umur 2 bulan, IS3 = 3 bulan, dan IS4 = 4 bulan. Data di analisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA), jika terdapat beda nyata (P<0,05) dilakukan uji lanjut Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umur indukan stek yang berbeda efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi rumput pakchong terutama pada stek berumur 4 bulan. Penambahan FMA dosis 20 g polybag-1 secara signifikan (P<0,05) meningkatkan persentase kolonisasi akar (66,97%), dibandingkan dengan perlakuan tanpa penambahan FMA (41,69%) dan dosis 10 g polybag-1 (47,76%). Umur indukan stek 4 bulan menghasilkan pertumbuhan vegetatif dan biomassa yang lebih baik dibandingkan stek umur 2 bulan. Dosis 20 g FMA menghasilkan persentase kolonisasi akar yang lebih baik dari dosis lainnya.-

Supervised by NUR ROCHMAH KUMALASARI and IWAN PRIHANTORO. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the addition of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) with different doses and different ages of cuttings on the growth and production of pakchong grass. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 10 replications. Factor A is the AMF dosage treatment consisting of 3 dosage levels, namely FM0 = 0 g polybag-1; FM1 = 10 g polybag-1; and FM2 = 20 g polybag-1. Factor B is the treatment of different indigenous age of cuttings, namely IS2 = 2 months, IS3 = 3 months, and IS4 = 4 months. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), if there was a significant difference (P<0.05) a further test was conducted Duncan. The results showed that different age of cuttings were effective in increasing the growth and production of pakchong grass, especially on cuttings aged 4 months. The addition of 20 g polybag-1 of FMA significantly (P<0.05) increased the percentage of root colonization (66.97%), compared to the treatment without FMA addition (41.69%) and the 10 g polybag-1 dose (47.76%). Four month old cuttings produced better vegetative growth and biomass than two month old cuttings. A dose of 20 g of FMA produced a better percentage of root colonization than other doses.-
