| Abstract: | Proses pengelolaan perjalanan dinas di Badan Pangan Nasional sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual, yang berdampak pada lambatnya proses administrasi, risiko kesalahan data, serta kesulitan dalam pelacakan dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi perjalanan dinas berbasis web guna menggantikan proses konvensional dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta akuntabilitas pengelolaan perjalanan dinas. Metode yang digunakan adalah prototype, dengan tahapan komunikasi, perencanaan, perancangan, konstruksi prototipe, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dibangun menggunakan Laravel 11, PHP 8.2, MySQL, dan Bootstrap 5, serta diimplementasikan dengan pendekatan arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Fitur utama sistem meliputi pengajuan surat tugas, pengajuan SPD, unggahan laporan dan dokumen bukti, serta pencetakan nominatif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan mampu mempercepat alur kerja administratif. Umpan balik dari pengguna internal menyatakan bahwa sistem telah mempermudah pelacakan dan pengelolaan perjalanan dinas. The business travel management process at the National Food Agency was previously conducted manually, leading to slow administrative procedures, risk of data errors, and difficulties in tracking documents. This study aims to develop a web-based travel information system to replace the conventional method and enhance efficiency and accountability in business travel administration. The prototype method was employed, covering stages of communication, planning, design, prototype construction, and system testing. The system was built using Laravel 11, PHP 8.2, MySQL, and Bootstrap 5, following the Model-ViewController (MVC) architecture. Core features of the system include business trip application, SPD approval, report and document upload, and nominative printing. Testing results show that the system functions according to user needs and accelerates administrative workflows. Feedback from internal users indicated that the system improved tracking and management of official travels. |
