Climate change increases the frequency and intensity of extreme weather events. These conditions pose a threat to the Bogor Botanical Gardens (KRB), which is both a conservation site and a tourist attraction for the public. The increased risk of falling trees endangers the plant collection and visitor safety. This study aims to identify and prioritize effective climate change adaptation trategies at KRB. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used to analyze and weight various alternatives based on ecological, economic, and social criteria. The analysis results showed that the ecological criteria weight of 0.659 was the primary consideration, followed by economic and social criteria, with respective weights of 0.185 and 0.156. The alternative that emerged as the highest priority was tree maintenance with a value of 0.433; health monitoring at 0.284; land and environmental management at 0.180; and the use of tree detection technology at 0.103. The most effective adaptation strategy alternative based on the analysis results was routine tree maintenance.-
