Abstract: Sebagai layanan berbasis web di bidang MICE, website ‘AIUEO’ memerlukan fitur untuk mendukung pencatatan operasional dan proses verifikasi pemesanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat fitur pelaporan pengeluaran (expenses), pencatatan supplier, pemantauan stok otomatis (stocks), serta verifikasi pemesanan (booking) berbasis bukti pembayaran. Proses pembuatan dilakukan menggunakan metode Agile dengan enam tahapan, yaitu requirements, plan & design, develop, testing, deployment (release), serta review (track & monitor). Tahap requirements dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna. Tahap plan & design menghasilkan use case diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Tahap develop mengimplementasikan rancangan menggunakan framework Laravel berbasis arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Tahap testing dilakukan dengan metode black box testing untuk memastikan fungsi berjalan sesuai input dan output. Tahap deployment (release) menghasilkan aplikasi berbasis web yang siap digunakan, sedangkan tahap review (track & monitor) menilai kesesuaian fitur dengan kebutuhan operasional. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa fitur yang dibuat mencakup login, pencatatan supplier, pencatatan expenses, integrasi otomatis stocks, verifikasi pemesanan, pengiriman konfirmasi email, dan unduh laporan PDF. Fitur ini dinyatakan siap digunakan setelah melalui proses review (track & monitor) bersama manajer operasional PT Anugerah Eka Gemilang.
As a web-based service in the MICE field, the ‘AIUEO’ website requires features to support operational recording and booking verification processes. This research aims to create features for expense reporting, supplier recording, automatic stock monitoring, and booking verification based on proof of payment. The development process was carried out using the Agile method with six stages: requirements, plan & design, develop, testing, deployment (release), and review (track & monitor). The requirements stage was conducted through interviews and observations to identify user needs. The plan & design stage produced use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The develop stage implements the design using the Laravel framework based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. The testing stage is conducted using black box testing to ensure functions operate as intended based on input and output. The deployment (release) stage produces a web-based application ready for use, while the review (track & monitor) stage evaluates feature alignment with operational requirements. The final results show that the developed features include login, supplier registration, expense tracking, automatic stock integration, order verification, email confirmation delivery, and PDF report download. These features are deemed ready for use after undergoing the review (track & monitor) process with the operational manager of PT Anugerah Eka Gemilang.
