Abstract: Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem kehadiran meeting berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan teknologi Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) yang terintegrasi dengan website untuk menggantikan metode absensi manual di kantor yang lambat, rawan kesalahan, dan sulit direkap. Sistem dibangun menggunakan perangkat keras seperti RFID Reader RC522, NodeMCU ESP8266, LCD 16x2, buzzer, relay, dan solenoid door lock, serta perangkat lunak Arduino IDE, Laravel, MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Implementasi dilakukan di ruang meeting, di mana proses absensi otomatis dilakukan melalui pemindaian kartu RFID, kemudian data langsung tersimpan di server dan dapat di akses atau diunduh melalui web. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk menilai kinerja sistem berdasarkan waktu respons, akurasi deteksi, dan jarak pembacaan RFID. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu bekerja real-time, memisahkan data sesuai jadwal meeting, mempercepat pencatatan, dan mengurangi potensi kesalahan dibanding metode manual.
This study develops an Internet of Things (IoT)-based meeting attendancesystem using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology integrated withawebsite to replace the slow, error-prone, and difficult-to-recap manual attendancemethod in the office. The system is built using hardware components such as theRC522 RFID Reader, NodeMCU ESP8266, 16x2 LCD, buzzer, relay, andsolenoid door lock, along with software including Arduino IDE, Laravel, MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implementation was carried out in the meetingroom, where attendance is automatically recorded by scanning an RFIDcard; thedata is then directly stored on the server and can be accessed or downloadedviathe web. Descriptive analysis was used to evaluate the system's performancebased on response time, detection accuracy, and RFID reading distance. Test results show that the system operates in real-time, separates data accordingtomeeting schedules, speeds up recording, and reduces potential errors comparedtomanual methods.
