pendekatan metode Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL).
pendek maupun jangka panjang.
The poverty rate in Indonesia has continued to decline during the period of 2015 2024, but it remains vulnerable to crises or economic shocks due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Indonesia's rapidly growing financial sector can serve as an instrument to address the vulnerability of poverty rates, but previous research focusing on this relationship has been limited. This study aims to analyze the comparative effects of the development of conventional and sharia financial sectors on poverty levels in Indonesia during the period of 2015-2024. This research uses the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method. The results indicate that in the short term, the poverty rate is significantly influenced by sharia financing, HDI, and a Covid-19 dummy variable. The research results show that in the short term, the poverty level is significantly influenced by Islamic financing, HDI, and the Covid-19 dummy. The poverty level in the long term is significantly influenced by Islamic financing, ZIS, inflation, HDI, and the Covid-19 dummy. Total conventional credit does not show a significant effect on poverty, in either the short term or the long term. These findings indicate that the Islamic finance sector has a greater role in poverty alleviation in Indonesia. |
