dc.description.abstractPada era digitalisasi saat ini, media cetak tetap memiliki peran strategis sebagai alat komunikasi yang efektif apabila dikemas dengan baik. Program kerja sama antara Direktorat Pengembangan Masyarakat Agromaritim (DPMA) IPB University dan YBM BRILiaN selama ini telah dipublikasikan melalui media sosial, namun diperlukan bentuk publikasi formal berupa buku cetak untuk mendukung kebutuhan publikasi program mitra. Proyek dilengkapi dengan data primer dan sekunder. Proses pengerjaan proyek terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Tahap pra-produksi ditandai dengan wawancara narasumber, pencarian referensi, dan menentukan ide konsep desain. Kemudian tahap produksi ditandai dengan merealisasikan ide konsep secara digital pada software desain. Terakhir tahap pasca produksi dilakukan dengan proses uji cetak, evaluasi oleh mentor, revisi, dan finalisasi. Desain grafis mampu menyampaikan pesan secara komunikatif, maka dari itu proyek ini berfokus pada proses kreatif dalam desain grafis buku yang mendukung publikasi program.
dc.description.abstractIn the current era of digitalization, print media still plays a strategic role as an effective communication tool when well-packaged. The collaboration program between the Directorate of Agromaritime Community Development (DPMA) at IPB University and YBM BRILiaN has been published through social media, but a formal publication in the form of a printed book is needed to support the program's publication needs. The project is equipped with primary and secondary data. The project workflow consists of three stages: pre-production, production, and post-pro duction. The pre-production stage involves interviewing sources, searching for ref erences, and determining the design concept idea. The production stage involves realizing the concept idea digitally using design software. Finally, the post-produc tion stage involves test printing, evaluation by mentors, revision, and finalization. Graphic design can convey messages in a communicative way, therefore this pro ject focuses on the creative process of book graphic design that supports program publication.
