| Abstract: | Hutan rakyat merupakan jenis hutan hak yang pengelolaannya berbasis pada masyarakat. Pengelolaan hutan rakyat termasuk bentuk optimalisasi sumber daya alam berbasis masyarakat yang memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung keseimbangan ekologi, ekonomi, dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi keanekaragaman tumbuhan berguna, menelusuri potensi manfaat, dan mengidentifikasi penggunaan tumbuhan oleh masyarakat di sekitar Hutan Rakyat Organik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode analisis vegetasi,
wawancara, dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, 72 spesies dari 42 famili diidentifikasi melalui analisis vegetasi, sementara melalui wawancara teridentifikasi 69 spesies dari 38 famili yang telah dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Potensi tumbuhan terbanyak yaitu sebagai obat tradisional sebanyak 36 spesies dari 27 famili, sedangkan pemanfaatan tumbuhan oleh masyarakat didominasi oleh kegunaannya sebagai pangan sebanyak 35 spesies dari 27 famili. Community forests are a type of forest with rights managed based on the community. The management of community forests includes a form of optimization of community based natural resources that plays a crucial role in supporting ecological, economic, and social balance. This study aims to identify useful plant diversity, exploring the potential benefits, and identifying the use of plants by the community surrounding the Organic Community Forest. Data collection used vegetation analysis methods, interviews, and literature studies. Based on the results of the data analysis, 72 species from 42 families were identified through vegetation analysis, meanwhile through interviews 69 species from 38 families that have been used by the community were identified. The most potential plants are as traditional medicine totaling 36 species from 27 families, while the utilization of plants by the community is dominated by their use as food, totaling 35 species from 27 families. |
