| Abstract: | PT XYZ menghadapi tantangan manajemen keuangan akibat sistem billing manual yang tidak terintegrasi dengan platform e-commerce, menyebabkan inefisiensi dan kesalahan pencatatan. Untuk mengatasinya, dikembangkan sebuah sistem billing terintegrasi menggunakan framework Laravel. Sistem ini mengotomatiskan pembuatan dan pengiriman invoice bulanan, pengingat pembayaran, hingga pembatalan layanan melalui fitur scheduler, serta mengelola bukti potong pajak secara digital untuk mempermudah administrasi. Proyek ini dikerjakan dengan metode Scrum yang fleksibel, dibagi ke dalam empat sprint yang mencakup perancangan, pengembangan, dan integrasi pembayaran melalui Midtrans. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box oleh tim internal menunjukkan keberhasilan 100% pada 10 skenario. Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem billing terpusat yang berhasil mengurangi kesalahan manual, meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna, dan secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan. PT XYZ faced financial management challenges due to a manual billing system that was not integrated with its e-commerce platform, leading to inefficiencies and recording errors. To address this, an integrated billing system was developed using the Laravel framework. This system automates the creation and delivery of monthly invoices, payment reminders, and service cancellations through a scheduler feature. It also digitally manages tax withholding slips to simplify administration. The project was executed using the flexible Scrum methodology, divided into four sprints covering design, development, and payment integration via Midtrans. Black Box testing conducted by the internal billing team showed a 100% success rate across 30 scenarios. The result is a centralized billing system that successfully reduces manual errors, enhances the user experience, and significantly improves the company's operational efficiency and financial management. |
