| Abstract: | Usaha pembibitan domba di Zadhifa Farm Kabupaten Bandung Barat
berfokus pada domba Dorper fullblood, Garut dan Texel. Indukan yang digunakan
adalah domba Garut dan Texel dengan memperoleh output F1 silangan Dorper. Tujuan
dari kegiatan proyek akhir ini adalah menganalisa pengelolaan usaha dan kelayakan
usaha serta untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman serta
wawasan bagaimana menjalankan pengelolaan usaha pembibitan domba dengan
baik. Data yang diambil dan dikumpulkan terdiri atas data primer dan data
sekunder. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan yaitu secara offline melalui event
peternakan dan secara online melalui media sosial. Zadhifa Farm memiliki hasil
perhitungan Return On Investment (ROI) sebesar -0,017% dan hasil perhitungan
Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) adalah 0,058. Pengelolaan usaha pembibitan domba di
Zadhifa Farm ini belum mencapai titik impas karena saat ini usaha tersebut masih
mengalami kerugian. Namun usaha ini dapat layak dijalankan untuk kedepannya
apabila sesuai dengan perhitungan Pay Back Period (PBP) yaitu akan mencapai
titik impas pada 79,53 bulan atau 6,8 tahun kemudian atau ketika pendapatannya
sudah menutupi biaya investasi dan biaya operasionalnya. The sheep breeding business at Zadhifa Farm, West Bandung Regency focuses on fullblood Dorper, Garut and Texel sheep. The sires used were Garut and Texel sheep with F1 output from Dorper crosses. The aim of this final project activity is to analyze business management and business feasibility as well as to increase knowledge, skills, experience and insight into how to run a sheep breeding business well. The data taken and collected consists of primary data and secondary data. The marketing strategy used is offline through livestock events and online through social media. Zadhifa Farm has a Return On Investment (ROI) calculation result of -0,017% and a Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) calculation result of 0.058. The management of the sheep breeding business at Zadhifa Farm has not yet reached the break-even point because currently the business is still experiencing losses. However, this business can be worth running in the future if it is in accordance with the Pay Back Period (PBP) calculation, namely it will reach the break-even point in 79,53 months or 6,8 years later or when the income has covered investment costs and operational costs. |
