Abstract: Kegiatan pencatatan keuangan yang dilakukan secara manual pada Puspa Agro Farm menimbulkan sejumlah kendala seperti keterlambatan pelaporan, kesalahan input yang mengakibatkan kerugian dan rendahnya efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pencatatan keuangan berbasis dashboard spreadsheet sebagai solusi digital yang efisien dan terjangkau bagi pelaku usaha agribisnis serta mengukur tingkat efisiensi terhadap waktu pengerjaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada tahapan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) untuk proses pengembangan sistem, serta indikator Key Performance indicators (KPI) sebagai alat evaluasi efektivitas implementasi. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Jotform sebagai alat bantu input data dan google spreadsheet untuk pengolahan serta visualisasi data keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu pencatatan hingga 79,69% dan menurunkan kesalahan pencatatan hingga sepenuhnya. Sistem Informasi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan keuangan.
Manual financial record keeping activities at Puspa Agro Farm have led to several issues, such as delays in reporting, input errors resulting in losses and low operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze the requirements for designing and implementing a spreadsheet based financial information system as an efficient and affordable digital solution for agribusiness actors, as well as to measure the level of efficiency in terms of processing time. The analysis method in this research refers to the stages of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the system development process and utilizes Key Performance indicators (KPI) as a tool to evaluate implementation effectiveness. The system was designed using JotForm as a data input tool and google spreadsheet for processing and visualizing financial data. The results of the study show that the system is capable of increasing financial record keeping time efficiency by 79.69% and completely eliminating recording errors. This information system has proven to be effective in improving the efficiency of financial record keeping.
