Abstract: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong terjadinya transformasi digital di berbagai sektor, termasuk perkantoran. Salah satu bentuknya adalah penggunaan sistem informasi dalam manajemen penjadwalan tugas. TaskCue merupakan aplikasi penjadwalan berbasis web yang dikembangkan secara internal untuk kebutuhan perusahaan. Namun, aplikasi ini masih memiliki kekurangan, seperti belum adanya fitur pengelolaan status tugas secara kolaboratif dan keamanan dokumen yang optimal. Proyek ini bertujuan mengembangkan fitur penandaan tugas selesai oleh seluruh partisipan, pengiriman notifikasi otomatis, serta pengelolaan dokumen yang aman. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode Scrum dan pengujian Black Box Testing. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fitur Mark As Done dan pengelolaan dokumen berhasil diimplementasikan, memungkinkan pengguna menyisipkan berbagai jenis file dengan keamanan tambahan melalui verifikasi akun. Fitur ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan dalam manajemen tugas perusahaan.
The advancement of information and communication technology has driven digital transformation in various sectors, including office administration. One such implementation is the use of information systems for task scheduling management. TaskCue is a web-based application developed internally to support companies in organizing and monitoring tasks. However, limitations remain, particularly in collaborative task status tracking and document security. This project aims to enhance TaskCue by adding a feature that allows all assigned users to mark tasks as completed and receive automatic notifications for any task-related changes. It also introduces secure document management without requiring changes to access permissions. Development was carried out using the Scrum methodology for its adaptability, and Black Box Testing was applied to evaluate functionality based on user interaction. The results show that the Mark As Done feature and secure document handling were successfully implemented. Users can now attach various file types with added security through account verification. These improvements are expected to increase both the efficiency and security of task scheduling within the organization.
