Abstract: Salah satu hal yang dapat mendorong lembaga pemerintah untuk menyediakan layanan informasi yang lebih efisien dan transparan adalah pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Pusat Pelatihan Sumber Daya Ekspor dan Jasa Perdagangan (PPEJP) sebagai lembaga di bawah Kementerian Perdagangan menyelenggarakan program Export Coaching Program (ECP) dan webinar, namun pengguna harus mendaftar webinar secara konvensional dan tidak terdapat dokumentasi untuk ECP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan fitur dokumentasi ECP dan pendaftaran webinar pada website PPEJP guna meningkatkan akses informasi publik. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Extreme Programming, sedangkan pengujian dilakukan menggunakan blackbox testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan seluruh skenario berjalan sesuai fungsi yang diharapkan, dan evaluasi SUS memperoleh skor rata-rata 78,5 dengan kategori Grade B. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa fitur yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi standar kelayakan penggunaan. Disarankan agar pengelolaan konten dan pembaruan fitur dilakukan secara berkala untuk menjaga kualitas layanan website PPEJP.
One of the factors that encourage government institutions to provide more efficient and transparent information services is the utilization of digital technology. The Export Development Training Center (PPEJP) under the Ministry of Trade, organizes the Export Coaching Program (ECP) and webinars however, webinar registration has been conducted conventionally and no documentation for the ECP is available. This study aims to develop an ECP documentation feature and webinar registration system on the PPEJP website to improve public access to information. The development method used was Extreme Programming, while testing was conducted using black-box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Blackbox testing results showed that all scenarios functioned as expected, and the SUS evaluation achieved an average score of 78,5 categorized as Grade B. These results indicate that the developed features meet usability standards. It is recommended that content management and feature updates be carried out regularly to maintain the quality of the PPEJP website services.
