Abstract: Direktorat Guru PAUD dan PNF memiliki program peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik melalui metode situational judgement test (SJT). Pada pelaksanaannya, proses administrasi seperti pendataan peserta, pemeriksaan hasil tes, dan perhitungan skor masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul admin pada sistem berbasis website SJT yang digunakan oleh pegawai Direktorat Guru PAUD dan PNF. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode prototyping melalui lima tahapan: komunikasi, perencanaan cepat, desain awal, konstruksi prototipe, serta penyampaian dan evaluasi. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan dengan usability testing menggunakan teknik performance measurement dan retrospective think-aloud untuk mengukur efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Pada iterasi pertama, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas sebesar 97.22%, efisiensi 96.03%, dan kepuasan pengguna 91.67%. Sistem kemudian disempurnakan pada iterasi kedua berdasarkan temuan sebelumnya. Hasil evaluasi pada iterasi kedua menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dengan efektivitas sebesar 100%, efisiensi 100%, dan kepuasan pengguna 97.22%. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan akurasi, kecepatan, dan kualitas analisis hasil tes secara signifikan.
The Direktorat Guru PAUD dan PNF has a program to improve educators’ competencies through the situational judgement test (SJT) method. However, the administrative processes such as participant registration, test result checking, and score calculation were previously performed manually, leading to potential errors and inefficiencies. This research aims to develop an admin module in a web-based SJT system used by Directorate staff. The development employed the prototyping method consisting of five stages: communication, quick planning, initial design, prototype construction, and delivery with feedback. System evaluation was conducted using usability testing with performance measurement and retrospective think-aloud techniques to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. In the first iteration, the evaluation results showed an effectiveness rate of 97.22%, efficiency of 96.03%, and user satisfaction of 91.67%. The system was then refined in the second iteration based on the findings from the initial evaluation. The evaluation results in the second iteration indicated a significant improvement, with 100% effectiveness, 100% efficiency, and 97.22% user satisfaction. Thus, the developed system is proven to significantly enhance the accuracy, speed, and quality of test result analysis.
