| dc.description.abstract | Sekolah Causa Prima, sebuah institusi pendidikan swasta di Bogor, Jawa Barat, mengembangkan sebuah situs web sebagai media penyebaran informasi dan promosi. Namun pada pengembangannya, keterlibatan end-user masih terbatas, sehingga dapat memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna dan potensi pengembangan situs web Sekolah Causa Prima dengan metode usability testing, menggunakan kuesioner Standardized User Experience Percentile Rank Questionnaire (SUPR-Q), yang dijalankan sebanyak dua kali kepada dua kelompok, yaitu user testing dan evaluasi. Kuesioner pertama digunakan sebagai acuan pengembangan prototipe situs web iterasi kedua dengan metode prototyping. Prototipe iterasi kedua dievaluasi dan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pihak Sekolah Causa Prima. Kuesioner kedua menilai perbandingan skor SUPR-Q situs awal Sekolah Causa Prima dengan situs web hasil pengembangan iterasi pertama. Kuesioner kedua menunjukkan adanya peningkatan terhadap skor SUPR-Q, yaitu sebesar 19,93% pada kelompok user testing dan 29,85% pada kelompok evaluasi. Penemuan ini menandakan bahwa prototipe iterasi pertama yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung situs web Sekolah Causa Prima dan prototipe iterasi kedua memiliki preferensi yang lebih tinggi dari pihak Sekolah Causa Prima. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Causa Prima School, a private educational institution in Bogor, West Java, developed a website as a medium for disseminating information and promotion. However, the limited end-user involvement during its development could potentially affect the user satisfactionn. This study evaluated the user satisfaction and identified potential areas for further improvement of the Causa Prima School website by conducting usability testing using the Standardized User Experience Percentile Rank Questionnaire (SUPR-Q). The SUPR-Q was administered twice to two groups, namely user testing and evaluation. The first questionnaire was used as a reference for developing the second iteration prototype using the prototyping method. The second iteration prototype was reviewed and was well received by Causa Prima School. The second questionnaire compared the SUPR-Q score of the initial Causa Prima School website with the first iteration prototype. The second questionnaire showed an increase in the SUPR-Q score, which was 19.93% in the user testing group and 29.85% in the evaluation group. These finding indicated that the first iteration prototype successfully increased the satisfaction of Causa Prima School website's visitor, and the second iteration prototype achieved higher preference from Causa Prima School. | |
