| dc.description.abstract | Pengelolaan dokumen proyek di PT Amerta Indah Otsuka menghadapi tantangan sistem manual yang menyebabkan keterlambatan proses persetujuan hingga berhari-hari, kesulitan pelacakan dokumen, format tidak terstandarisasi, dan risiko ketidakpatuhan regulasi CPOB. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi Go-Documentation (Go-Doc) untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan dokumen proyek melalui digitalisasi terintegrasi. Pengembangan menggunakan metode scrum dengan empat sprint selama enam bulan mencakup pemodelan sistem, master data, manajemen dokumen, alur persetujuan digital, dan notifikasi email. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi Angular, Node.js, Express, dan MySQL. Aplikasi berhasil mengimplementasikan penomoran dokumen otomatis, alur persetujuan untuk tiga jenis dokumen utama, sistem penyimpanan terpusat, dan notifikasi email real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan black-box testing dan user acceptance testing mencapai 100% keberhasilan dengan evaluasi kepuasan pengguna 4,45 dari skala 5. Go-Doc berhasil mentransformasi proses dari manual ke digital, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan memperkuat kepatuhan regulasi. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Project document management at PT Amerta Indah Otsuka faces manual system challenges causing approval delays, tracking difficulties, and GMP compliance risks. This research aims to develop the Go-Documentation application to optimize document management through comprehensive digitalization efforts. Development adopted the Scrum methodology with four iterative sprints using Angular, Node.js, and MySQL technology stack. The application implements automatic numbering, structured digital approval workflows, centralized document storage, and integrated email notifications. Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing achieved 100% success with user satisfaction of 4.45 out of 5. Overall, Go-Doc effectively transforms manual processes into digital operations, improves efficiency, enhances collaboration, and strengthens organizational compliance significantly. | - |
