Plant nutrients are generally fulfilled using inorganic fertilizers, especially in coffee plantations. However, excessive use of these fertilizers can reduce the soil's physical and biological quality. Using a combination of organic and biological fertilizers is an alternative way to provide nutrients to coffee plants. This study examines the impact of biological fertilizers on the growth and flowering of Robusta coffee plants undergoing rejuvenation. This study was conducted from May 2024 to January 2025 at the Cikabayan Experimental Farm in the Department of Agronomy and Horticulture at the Faculty of Agriculture at IPB University. The experimental design was a single-factor randomized complete group design (RCGD) with five levels of fertilization: inorganic fertilizers (urea 300 g/plant, SP 36 160 g/plant, KCl 200 g/plant, and Kieserit 100 g/plant) as P0; ; a combination of 20 kg/plant of chicken manure; and Phosphate Solubilizing Microbial (PSM) fertilizer doses of 25%, 50%, 100%, and 150% (25, 50, 100, and 150 ml/16 L), respectively, as P1, P2, P3, and P4. Overall, fertilization did not significantly affect any of the observed parameters. However, the combination of 20 kg/plant of chicken manure and a 100% MPF dose produced a higher flowering success percentage of 17.16%, compared to inorganic fertilizers. This treatment also produced higher values for increasing plagiotropic branches compared to the P0 treatment.-
