Abstract: Penjadwalan perawat adalah hal yang sangat krusial karena dapat berpengaruh pada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan sistem operasional rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan memodelkan penjadwalan perawat di RSUD Prembun berdasarkan jenis kualifikasinya. RSUD Prembun memiliki 144 perawat yang terbagi menjadi kepala seksi keperawatan, perawat penyelia, perawat ahli madya, perawat ahli muda, perawat ahli pertama, perawat pelaksana, perawat terampil, dan perawat tanpa spesifikasi kualifikasi tertentu. Penelitian ini berfokus pada memodelkan 131 perawat RSUD Prembun dengan kualifikasi perawat ahli pertama, perawat pelaksana, perawat terampil, dan perawat tanpa spesifikasi kualifikasi tertentu. Model dibagi menjadi tiga skenario, di antaranya Skenario 1 sesuai dengan aturan yang ada, Skenario 2 terdapat asumsi kebutuhan perawat laki-laki dan perawat perempuan di setiap shiftnya, dan Skenario 3 terdapat asumsi permintaan cuti. Penelitian ini dimodelkan menggunakan metode integer linear programming (ILP) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Lingo 20.0. Berdasarkan pemodelan ini diperoleh penjadwalan perawat yang optimal sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada.
Nurses scheduling is very crucial, as it may influence the quality of healthcare services and operational systems of hospitals. The study aims to model nurses scheduling on RSUD Prembun based on qualifications. RSUD Prembun has 144 nurses, who are divided into several qualifications including head of nursing section, supervisory nurse, senior expert nurse, junior expert nurse, first-level expert nurse, registered nurse, technical nurse, and nurses without specific qualifications. This study focuces on modelling 131 nurses at RSUD Prembun with first-level expert nurse, registered nurse, technical nurse, and nurses without specific qualifications. The model is divided into three scenarios including, scenario 1 which follows exciting regulations, scenario 2 which assumes the need for male nurses and female nurses in each shift, and scenario 3 which assumes a leave request. This study modeled using the integer linear programming (ILP) method with the help of Lingo 20.0 software. Based on this model, an optimal nurses scheduling is obtained in accordance with existing regulations.
