Catfish is a nutritious and easily cultivated food source, even on a household scale. Galindo Teras Lele is a home-scale catfish farming operation. The objective of this research is to analyze the business feasibility of catfish cultivation, determine the switching value in response to a decrease in the selling price and an increase in feed costs, and formulate strategic recommendations for business sustainability. The methodology employs both quantitative and qualitative analysis. This study uses two scenarios for investment costs: Scenario 1 includes land and a motorcycle, while Scenario 2 excludes land and a motorcycle, incorporating land rental costs into the fixed expenses. The analysis results from both scenarios are consistent, indicating that the business is financially feasible based on the NPV, Net B/C, IRR, and Payback Period criteria. The non-financial aspects examined include the market, technical, social, economic, and environmental factors. The switching value analysis revealed that a decrease in the selling price by 4.77% and 4.63%, and an increase in feed costs by 10.12% and 9.81%, would render the business unfeasible. Recommendations such as expanding the target market and diversifying products can be implemented to increase revenue.
