dc.description.abstractPT Cipta Kridatama menghadapi masalah keterlambatan pengiriman alat berat yang mengganggu operasional pertambangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi seleksi vendor pengiriman alat berat menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria berdasarkan input pakar procurement, logistic, dan warehouse, sedangkan TOPSIS untuk meranking vendor alternatif. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi enam kriteria utama: kualitas, pengiriman, pelayanan, fleksibilitas, harga, dan QHSE Management. Kombinasi AHP-TOPSIS menghasilkan perankingan dengan vendor 1 sebagai pilihan terbaik (nilai preferensi 0,5803), diikuti vendor 2 (0,4591), vendor 4 (0,4082), vendor 6 (0,4037), vendor 3 (0,4036), dan vendor 5 (0,3896). metode ini terbukti efektif untuk pengambilan keputusan seleksi vendor yang objektif dan dapat membantu perusahaan memilih vendor optimal untuk operasional pertambangan.-
dc.description.abstractPT Cipta Kridatama faces the problem of heavy equipment delivery delays that disrupt mining operations. This research aims to evaluate heavy equipment delivery vendor selection using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The AHP method is used to determine criteria weights based on input from procurement, logistics, and warehouse experts, while TOPSIS is used to rank vendor alternatives. The research results identify six main criteria: quality, delivery, service, flexibility, price, and QHSE Management. The AHP-TOPSIS combination produces a ranking with vendor 1 as the best choice (preference value 0.5803), followed by vendor 2 (0.4591), vendor 4 (0.4082), vendor 6 (0.4037), vendor 3 (0.4036), and vendor 5 (0.3896). This method proves effective for objective vendor selection decision-making and can help companies choose optimal vendors for mining operations.-
