| dc.description.abstract | Dinas Kesehatan kabupaten/kota bertanggung jawab langsung terhadap pengawasan Industri Rumah Tangga Pangan (IRTP) dalam penerapan CPPB-IRT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tindakan perbaikan terhadap sarana produksi Industri Rumah Tangga Pangan (IRTP) yang telah memiliki Nomor Izin Edar dengan ketidaksesuaian Level IV berdasarkan hasil self-assessment, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas perbaikan tersebut dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap pedoman Cara Produksi Pangan yang Baik untuk Industri Rumah Tangga (CPPB-IRT). Objek penelitian ini adalah UMK Lugina Cookies dan UMK Cap Warung yang berlokasi di Kota Bogor. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa kedua UMK berada pada Level IV dengan tingkat penerapan CPPB-IRT pada UMK Lugina Cookies sebesar 87% dan 88% untuk UMK Cap Warung. Setelah dilakukan pendampingan dan tindakan perbaikan, Penerapan CPPB-IRT pada UMK Lugina meningkat menjadi 98%, dan UMK Cap Warung mencapai 100%, sehingga keduanya termasuk ke dalam kategori memenuhi ketentuan (MK). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan yang terarah dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepatuhan sarana IRTP secara signifikan dan mendukung keamanan pangan. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The District/City Health Office is directly responsible for the supervision of the Food Home Industry (IRTP) in the implementation of CPPB-IRT. This study aims to take corrective actions against the production facilities of the Food Home Industry (IRTP) that already have a Distribution Permit Number with Level IV non compliance based on the results of self-assessment, and to evaluate the effectiveness of these improvements in increasing compliance with the guidelines for Good Food Production Practices for Household Industries (CPPB-IRT). The objects of this study were Lugina UMK and Cap Warung UMK located in Bogor City. Initial results show that both UMK are at Level IV with the level of CPPB-IRT implementation in Lugina UMK of 87% and 88% for Cap Warung UMK. After mentoring and corrective actions, the Implementation of CPPB-IRT in Lugina UMK increased to 98%, and Cap Warung UMK reached 100%, so that both are included in the category of fulfilling the requirements (MK). Improvements were made in the aspects of sanitation, food labeling, production recording, and water provision. These results indicate that targeted mentoring can significantly increase the level of compliance with IRTP facilities and support food safety. | - |
