| Abstract: | Produk ternak seperti telur dan daging berperan penting dalam pemenuhan
protein hewani masyarakat di Indonesia. Kabupaten Bogor, dengan tingkat
konsumsi tinggi di Jawa Barat, merupakan pasar potensial. Analisis usaha ini
bertujuan mengaplikasikan ilmu dan kompetensi perkuliahan serta menambah
pengalaman berwirausaha. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara primer (pencatatan
langsung kegiatan) dan sekunder (studi pustaka). Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan
observasi langsung, pengumpulan, dan analisis data terkait manajemen produksi,
finansial, pemasaran, serta analisis SWOT (kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang,
ancaman). Secara finansial, total biaya sebesar Rp62.332.500 menghasilkan
penerimaan Rp67.619.000 dengan keuntungan bersih Rp5.286.500. Nilai R/C
sebesar 1,08 menunjukkan usaha layak dan menguntungkan. Strategi pemasaran
melalui media sosial terbukti efektif dalam menjangkau konsumen, terutama pada
produk olahan seperti rendang. Usaha Proter layak untuk dijalankan serta
dikembangkan. Livestock products such as eggs and meat play an important role in fulfilling the animal protein needs of the Indonesian society. Bogor Regency, with high consumption levels in West Java, is a potential market. This business analysis aims to apply the knowledge and competencies from university studies and to gain entrepreneurial experience. Data collection was conducted through primary sources (direct recording of activities) and secondary sources (literature study). The implementation method involved direct observation, data collection, and data analysis related to production management, financial aspects, marketing, and SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). Financially, the total cost of Rp62,332,500 resulted in revenue of Rp67,619,000 with a net profit of Rp5,286,500. The R/C value of 1.08 indicates that the business is feasible and profitable. Marketing strategies through social media proved effective in reaching consumers, especially for processed products such as rendang. The Proter business is feasible to run and further develop. |
