The guppy fish Poecilia reticulata, is a freshwater ornamental fish are highly sought after, especially male guppies, due to their more attraxtive appearance. To increase the number of males, masculinization is performed using young coconut water as a natural ingredient. Method being developed is masculinization using natural ingredients coconut water. This study aimed to determine the effect of soaking 7-day-old guppy larvae in a solution of fresh water mixed with young coconut water on sex ratio. The treatment was carried out for 24 hours with the solution changed every 5 hours, consisting of four treatments that is (K), (AK1), (AK2), and (AK3). Maintenance the larvae for 45 days with Parameters observed included sex ratio, survival, water quality, and morphology. Statiscal tests showed that treatment AK1 produced the highest proportion of male fish at 72%, compared to the control at 37%. Young coconut water significantly increased the proportion of male fish.
