dc.description.abstractCV Tani Organik Merapi merupakan usahatani yang memproduksi sayuran organik. Perusahaan dalam melakukan budidaya organik belum konsisten dalam menentukan pupuk yang digunakannya. Terdapat limbah sayur yang relatif banyak dan belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik, untuk itu dilakukan percobaan fermentasi dan penggunaannya dibandingkan dengan pupuk kotoran sapi dan campuran keduanya. Berdasarkan uji percobaan dosis pupuk antara pupuk limbah sayur, pupuk kotoran sapi, dan pupuk campuran didapatkan penggunaan pupuk campuran, yaitu perlakuan sembilan pupuk campuran dengan campuran 15 kg limbah sayur ditambah 10 kg kotoran sapi yang menghasilkan jumlah produksi pakcoy terbanyak sebesar 6,4 kg. Hasil pengujian chi-square pada penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai X2 hitung yang lebih besar (>) dari X2 tabel sehingga hasil pengujian bernilai signifikan, artinya terdapat hubungan antara jenis pupuk yang digunakan dengan jumlah produksi pakcoy. Penggunaan pupuk campuran perlakuan sembilan menghasilkan pendapatan senilai Rp 121.975 dengan nilai R/C rasio sebesar 1,75.
dc.description.abstractCV Tani Organik Merapi is a farming business that produces organic vegetables. The company in carrying out organic cultivation has not been consistent in determining the fertilizer it uses. There is a relatively large amount of vegetable waste that has not been utilized properly, for this reason, a fermentation experiment was conducted and its use was compared with cow dung fertilizer and a mixture of both. Based on the experimental fertilizer dosage test between vegetable waste fertilizer, cow dung fertilizer, and mixed fertilizer, it was found that the use of mixed fertilizer, namely treatment nine mixed fertilizer with a mixture of 15 kg of vegetable waste plus 10 kg of cow dung, produced the highest amount of pakcoy production of 6,4 kg. The results of the chi-square test in this study produced a calculated X2 value greater (>) than X2 table so that the test results were significant, meaning there was a relationship between the type of fertilizer used and the amount of pak choy production. The use of mixed fertilizer treatment nine resulted in an income of Rp 121.975 with an R/C ratio of 1,75.
