Perencanaan Program Berbasis Rekreasi dalam Memperkuat Hubungan Antara TNI dan Kelompok Masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji perancangan program berbasis rekreasi yang bertujuan memperkuat hubungan antara Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) dan kelompok masyarakat, termasuk pelajar dan mahasiswa, di Kota Bogor. Latar belakangnya adalah kebutuhan untuk memperbaiki citra TNI dan meningkatkan kerja sama antarkelompok di tengah dinamika sosial yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang program rekreasi yang responsif terhadap isu aktual di kalangan masyarakat, pelajar, mahasiswa, serta TNI dan keluarga TNI, sekaligus menganalisis penilaian mereka terhadap program tersebut dan perkiraan harga jual berdasarkan Willingness to Pay. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan inferensial melalui perancangan program, serta kuesioner kepada 240 responden. Analisis pengaruh aspek program terhadap dampak dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda. Penilaian program dilakukan berdasarkan judul, konsep, kegiatan, kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan, inovasi dan keunikan, serta tujuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program yang dirancang memperoleh penilaian sangat positif dari seluruh kelompok responden, terutama pada aspek inovasi dan tujuan program yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap dampak positif. Selain itu, mayoritas responden juga menunjukkan kesediaan membayar untuk mengikuti program dengan harga yang layak, menandakan potensi keberlanjutan program ini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program rekreasi serupa sebagai strategi komunikasi dan interaksi TNI yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan sosial masyarakat.

This research examines the design of recreation-based programs aimed at strengthening the relationship between the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and community groups, including students and university students, in Bogor City. The background for this study is the need to improve the TNI's image and enhance inter-group cooperation amidst complex social dynamics. This research aims to design recreation programs that are responsive to current issues among the general public, students, university students, as well as TNI personnel and their families, while also analyzing their assessment of these programs and the estimated selling price based on Willingness to Pay. The method used is a quantitative descriptive and inferential approach through program design, as well as questionnaires administered to 240 respondents. The analysis of the program aspects' influence on impact was conducted using multiple linear regression. Program evaluation was based on title, concept, activities, suitability with needs, innovation and uniqueness, and objectives. The results show that the designed programs received very positive evaluations from all respondent groups, especially concerning the innovation and program objectives aspects, which significantly influenced positive impact. Furthermore, the majority of respondents also indicated a willingness to pay a reasonable price to participate in the programs, signifying the potential sustainability of these initiatives. This research recommends the development of similar recreation programs as an adaptive communication and interaction strategy for the TNI, addressing the social needs of the community.
