Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan Evaluasi Produktivitas Kopi Arabika pada Varietas dan Umur Tanaman yang Berbeda.
This research Evaluation of Arabica Coffee Productivity Across Different Varieties Plant Ages. The research was conducted as a survey to compare two coffee varieties, namely Sigararutang and Lini S, with three plant age categories (2, 4, and 6 years). Observed variables included plant height, number of branches, clusters per branch, average number of fruits per cluster, fruit weight per plant, number of clusters per plant, number of fruits per plant, weight of 100 fruit, and yield estimation. Data were analyzed to compare the averaged sample of 30 plants for each combination of variety and plant age by a Tukey test at a 5% significance level. The results showed that variety and plant age had significantly influenced on all observed variables. The appropriate combination of variety and plant age can optimize Arabica coffee productivity. Four-year-old plants yielded the best results in terms of the number of clusters and fruit weight. The Sigararutang variety exhibited superior genetic potential compared to the Lini S variety. Coffee production can be enhanced through proper management to achieve maximum yields.
