Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan citra tubuh dengan pengetahuan upaya sehat, kebiasaan makan, aktivitas fisik, dan status gizi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional study. Citra tubuh menggunakan kuesioner figure rating scale (FRS). Pengetahuan upaya sehat dan kebiasaan makan menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Aktvitas fisik menggunakan kuesioner international physical activity questionnaire-short form (IPAQ-SF). Status gizi diukur secara langsung pada berat badan dan tinggi badan, lalu dihitung indeks massa tubuh (IMT). Sebagian besar subjek memiliki citra tubuh negatif (90%), pengetahuan upaya sehat yang kurang (41%), kebiasaan makan tidak baik (55%), aktivitas fisik sedang (44%), dan status gizi normal (62%). Hasil analisis pada penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan pada citra tubuh dengan pengetahuan upaya sehat, citra tubuh dengan kebiasaan makan, citra tubuh dengan aktivitas fisik, dan citra tubuh dengan status gizi (p>0,05).
This study aims to analyze the relationship between body image and knowledge of healthy effort, dietary habits, physical activity, and nutritional status. The research design used a cross-sectional. Body image was assessed using the figure rating scale (FRS) questionnaire. Knowledge of healthy effort and dietary habits used a questionnaire developed by the researcher. Physical activity used the international physical activity questionnaire-short form (IPAQ-SF). Nutritional status was measured directly by weight and height, then body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Most subjects had a negative body image (90%), lack of knowledge of healthy effort (41%), poor dietary habits (55%), moderate physical activity (44%), and normal nutritional status (62%). The results of the analysis in the study showed that there was no significant relationship between body image and knowledge of healthy effort, body image and dietary habits, body image and physical activity, and body image and nutritional status (p>0.05).
