| dc.description.abstract | Perkebunan kelapa sawit membutuhkan efisiensi tinggi dalam manajemen pemupukan untuk meningkatkan hasil panen sekaligus menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah bagaimana menerapkan praktik pemupukan presisi yang adaptif terhadap kondisi di lapangan, mengatasi keterbatasan maupun ketiadaan sinyal Global Positioning System (GPS) serta kebutuhan penyesuaian dosis berdasarkan data spasial untuk kebutuhan mekanisasi pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem interfacing berbasis Raspberry Pi, yang menjalankan algoritma pemupukan presisi secara otomatis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python. Sistem ini mencakup integrasi data spasial dari platform PreciPalm, kontrol aktuator VRFA berdasarkan dosis, serta mensimulasikan posisi ideal traktor dalam pemupukan. Raspberry Pi 4B yang menggunakan prosesor Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) berbasis arsitektur Reduced Instruction Set Computing (RISC) yang menghubungkan dengan beberapa perangkat pendukung serta sensor untuk menjalankan proses pemupukan berbasis data rekomendasi dari platform Precision Agriculture Platform for Oil Palm (PreciPalm) yang dihasilkan dari analisis citra satelit Sentinel-1A dan Sentinel-2A. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Oil palm plantations require high efficiency in fertilization management to increase crop yields while preserving the environment. One of the main challenges is implementing precision fertilization practices that are adaptive to conditions in the field, overcoming the limitations or absence of Global Positioning System (GPS) signals, and the need for dose adjustment based on spatial data for agricultural mechanization needs. This research aims to develop an interfacing system based on Raspberry Pi, which automatically runs precision fertilization algorithms using Python. The system includes integrating spatial data from the PreciPalm platform, the control of the VRFA actuator by dose, and the simulation of the ideal position of the tractor in fertilization. The Raspberry Pi 4B uses an Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) processor based on the Reduced Instruction Set Computing (RISC) architecture that connects with several supporting devices and sensors to carry out a fertilization process based on recommendations from the Precision Agriculture Platform for Oil Palm (PreciPalm) platform resulting from the analysis of Sentinel-1A and Sentinel-2A satellite imagery. | - |
