| Abstract: | Produk lele crispy merupakan salah satu produk yang dihasilkan dari Easy Farm Indonesia. Namun, penjualan produk lele crispy ini masih fluktuatif sehingga menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan untuk menyesuaikan stok. Memahami tentang atribut-atribut produk menjadi hal penting untuk mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan dalam mengatasi masalah ini. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyusun model pengembangan produk lele crispy, mengkaji kinerja atribut produk lele crispy, dan menganalisis keuntungan dampak pengembangan produk lele crispy. Metode yang digunakan adalah Business Model Canvas (BMC), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan analisis finansial. Hasil penelitian dengan metode IPA menunjukkan bahwa rasa dan kemasan perlu ditingkatkan. Pengembangan model bisnis difokuskan pada value proposition, customer relationship, customer segment, channels, key partners, dan cost structure. Setelah pengembangan, pendapatan perusahaan mencapai Rp216.000.000/tahun dengan keuntungan Rp10.235.767 perbulan. Crispy catfish was one of the products produced by Easy Farm Indonesia. However, the sales of crispy catfish had remained fluctuating, which became a challenge for the company to manage its inventory. Understanding product attributes was considered important to evaluate the company's performance in addressing this issue. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop a product development model for crispy catfish, assess the performance of its attributes, and analyze the financial impact of the product development. The methods used included the Business Model Canvas (BMC), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and financial analysis. The results of the study using the IPA method showed that taste and packaging needed to be improved. The business model development was focused on value proposition, customer relationship, customer segment, channels, key partners, and cost structure. After the development, the company’s annual revenue reached IDR 216,000,000 with a profit of IDR 10,235,767. |
