Abstract: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap perekonomian nasional. Kecamatan Coblong di Kota Bandung merupakan wilayah dengan jumlah UMKM makanan dan minuman terbanyak, yang menunjukkan potensi besar dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Namun demikian, tantangan dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan daya saing usaha masih menjadi kendala utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMK makanan dan minuman di Kecamatan Coblong. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan wawancara secara langsung kepada 90 pelaku usaha dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS melalui bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor individu dan lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan dan perilaku kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMK.
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) make a significant contribution to the national economy. The Coblong subdistrict in Bandung City is an area with the highest number of food and beverage MSMEs, indicating great potential for local economic development. However, challenges in improving the quality of human resources and business competitiveness remain major obstacles. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial behavior on the performance of food and beverage MSMEs in Coblong Subdistrict. The data collection method involved conducting direct interviews with 90 business operators, and the data obtained were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that individual and environmental factors have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior, and entrepreneurial behavior has a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMEs.
